Proposal Process
Our value as a company and communications partner begins with the proposal. Contrary to most communication proposals, CTI Telecom provides complete descriptions of the work to be performed and detailed descriptions of all components and materials proposed. Pricing is spelled out in great detail, providing line items for each component and service. All costs are identified up front and nothing is left to the imagination. This is very unusual in the communication industry, where hidden charges are the rule. Our pricing is very competitive, but we are rarely the "low bidder". We are usually selected because of our "fair price", the strength of our references, and our clear understanding of the scope of work.

Professional Workmanship
Once contracted to perform the work, our professional demeanor and work habits provide a smooth installation with a minimum of disruptions to our customer's work. All installations are neat and orderly, and wiring closets are professionally dressed to avoid "spaghetti". This allows our customers to easily read the labeling on the patch panels and punch blocks. We practice professional wire management techniques here, as well as in the ceiling. Cables are bundled and suspended from the slab by their own means. This assures that wires will not interfere with electrical devices such as power cables and fluorescent lighting fixtures. Each area affected by the cabling installation is returned to its original condition, and is left clean and tidy.

Adherence to Standards
All of CTI Telecom's installations are professionally designed to adhere to the standards and specifications of the various organizations that govern the telecommunications and data communications field. These cover specifications for all components used, as well as workmanship, such as wire management techniques and termination procedures. This is a critical factor in deciding between competing vendors.

No Surprises
Once completed, the job is invoiced exactly as proposed, without change orders or add-ons. The only extra costs incurred would be caused by customer mandated changes to the original work order. We believe that your selection should be based on a "real" price proposal. This is a highly unusual way for a cabling vendor to behave, but we know our customers dislike unpleasant surprises.
