Our Management Team

CTI Telecom's management team is comprised of telephony and data communications experts. All have had extensive experience working with or for telecommunications giants like AT&T, Bell Atlantic, and Lucent Technologies. As proven leaders, each brings complementary skills and implementation expertise to CTI Telecom.

Jack Havas
CEO

Mr. Havas has worked in the telecommunications sector for more than 30 years. His areas of expertise and experience include high level positions in general management, business development, marketing and sales. Mr. Havas began his career at Western Electric (now Lucent), the supplier of products and services to AT&T and the Bell Operating Telephone Companies.

Prior to serving as CEO of CTI Telecom, Mr. Havas was Chairman and CEO of Call Technologies one of the pioneers in the development of non-proprietary Unified Messaging and telecommunication service management solutions.  He led the company through its initial and growth stages until it was successfully sold to 3Com Corporation in April 2000. CTI Telecom was formerly a division of Call Technologies from April 1992 through September 1996.

Brian Bennett
President

Mr. Bennett joined the company in September 1996 and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of CTI. Mr. Bennett came to CTI to pursue a vision of building a world-class voice and data convergence company. In his tenure, he has developed and led the growth of CTI Telecom with a 500% increase in revenues and profits.

 Mr. Bennett is an experienced sales motivator and customer advocate with the skills to build, organize and manage a high-growth organization. An industry veteran of over 15 years, he began his career with Lanier Corporation.

Christopher Swistock
Software Development

Mr. Swistock is a computer and telecommunications industry veteran of over eighteen years. His specialty is in telephone call control systems for the carrier-grade high transaction marketplace. An expert on the convergence of voice mail and email (Unified Messaging), he has designed, developed and delivered large scale interactive voice response and integrated messaging systems using UNIX servers, board level DSP technology and industry standards. Since 1988, he has led the development of carrier-grade call control and messaging systems. Mr. Swistock is a founding partner of CTI Telecom.

Joe Enrico
Business Development

Mr. Enrico is responsible for strategic planning and business development. Most recently he was a founder and former President of Call Technologies, a telecommunications software company specializing in OSS systems and Call Control and Messaging products prior to its acquisition by 3COM Corporation. A voice and data communications veteran of over 20 years, he began his career as a Central Office Engineer for AT&T. Mr. Enrico is a founding partner of CTI Telecom.
